CHILDREN’S RIGHTS

In the 1989, the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child stipulated 54 articles for the Children’s Rights.
These rights have been approved by 197 countries, incuding all UE member states.
This treaty outlines the fondamental principles for care, survival, development, protection of all childrens.
All of this 54 rights are equally important, but for us the most important are the article number 9 , the right to have a family and live with them.

Articles number 7 and 8, the right to have an identity and a name, article number 24 the right to the best possible care ( safe water to drink, nutritious food, and clean and safe environment).
Unfortunately , although there are these rights, in some countries, for example Ucraine and Palestine, there is the war and, because of this, children’s  are not guaranteed or respected. We celebrate this date on 20 November every year.
